Renting procedure at VRC

1.    Reservation A Renter may book a car by calling one of VRC offices, by doing it on-line (www.vrc.com.ua) or by sending us reservation request by e-mail: rent@vrc.com.ua. Reservation is approved for vehicle category only. If you plan to rent a car in VRC i, we recommend that you reserve it beforehand.

2.    Payment Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express are accepted as well as cashless settlement. Rates include maintenance of the vehicle, Loss, Damage and Third Part Liability insurance, VAT. Standard Daily Rates are for 24 hours from start of rental.

VRC provides the services of long-term rental (one month and longer periods) for the special prices. For more detailed information, please, call to VRC offices.

Rates exclude gasoline.

Deposit Deposit amount for the vehicle taken for rental period depends on vehicle category. The deposit amount will be blocked on Renter�s Credit card and will be unblocked after vehicle returning if the Renter complies with the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement.

Filling the papers. The Renter should have driving license and passport valid in Ukraine. The renter�s driving experience should not be less than 2 years.

Other extra information and services performing by VRC

Liability of Renter: The renter is held financially responsible in case if rented vehicle or its parts are damaged, lost or stolen even when not at his fault. The Renter is fully liable for the damages caused to the car made under influence of alcohol or narcotics.

Delivery/collection: Delivery/collection of the vehicle within city limits during office hours is free of charge; beyond the office hours the charge is ?15. The cost of the delivery/collection of the vehicle in other cities of Ukraine charge shall be additionally calculated. Airport surcharge: ?20 per rental will be charged if the Renter picks up and returns the vehicle at the Airport.

Additional driver: VRC company offers you an opportunity of driving a car with additional driver for free for the whole period of rent.

Driving outside Ukraine Driving a car outside Ukraine is allowed only in case of preliminary coordination with VRC Company. In this case additional insurance is paid that is valid on the territory of CIS countries and Europe.
